**I've added two "
TRADE LINES" If any of the players above the first trade line are on the board at #13, the presumption is that I'd make the pick and decline trade offers. If any of the players above the second trade line are available at pick #29, I again would favor just making the pick. (Either presumption, of course, can be overridden by a truly lopsided offer but, presuming relatively "equal value," I'd just make the pick).
