If he runs a 4.51, I'm not sure anything changes. He's just so smart and instinctual. I also would not trade up.
If you are looking for a bigger SAF, pay attn to Xavier Nwankpa. I nicknamed him Whomp. I cannot pronounce his last name. 6'-3" 212 lbs., should run a low 4.4, I have him early day 3, but no one else seems to be talking about him.
I'm also going to guess that Kyle Louis is asked to run DB drills with the safeties. Again, just a guess.
