This!! IMO, if Downs is available at pick 8 or later, Rams should make the move up. Probably cost Rams their 2nd Rd pick. Use $$ allocated for Curl, if any, toward a FA CB.
I don't this is the kind of player the Rams would move up for. They covet certain types of players and I'm still not 100% sure what the traits of that type are. Ferguson and Fiske recently, and if I recall Tavon Austin.
