Josh Cameron WR Baylor 6'-1" 224 lbs Senior Bowl confirmed.
Last year he didn't return a ton of punts as he was a key feature in the passing game, but the 24 season he averaged 22.08 yards on punt returns.
He's a problem in the open field with his shiftiness and physicality. He has rock solid hands with only 1 drop last season. Good IQ that shows up easily finding soft spots in zones. Has shown switching up tempo in his route running. He did run a limited route tree, and there is some wasted steps in his route running that needs to get cleaned up and press man can give him issues (Nacua's draft profile also said he would have issues with man coverage lol).
But he has lined up outside and in the slot and seems like a really nice fit for the Rams that seems to be under-rated right now. Most have him as a 4th rounder, I think I will have him locked into the 3rd round that fits a West Coast offense and has the added bonus as a punt returner.
For you guys that like highlights, I did find this:
Watch him drag 2 defenders from the 5 into the endzone at the 1 min mark. Remind you of any WRs the Rams have or have had...
