We have as yet to see what he could produce behind good blocking.
He's within a tenth of a second as fast as Tutu. He's potentially a better receiver than Tutu, will get you yards after contact and will probably take Tutu's spot in the WR room. We still need to draft a WR 2 1/2 or 3 - that's a different story.
That said, our draft capital as far as ST's go should be spent on players at other positions who can also cover on speciaal teams - defensive backs, linebackers, etc. who are fast, strong, who can tackle and who like to play football.
