I pretty much agree with that take

My preference would be for them to either trade for or sign a FA CB and draft another as well... but in a scenario where they signed a Shaheed away from the Hawks, I could see drafting two top CBs and the Rams hoping they have a similar impact as DeJean and Mitchell had in Philly after that 2024 draft.

As much as I would love Lemon... the Rams drafting either Downs or Delane would be awesome

We are on the same page re Lemon... think about Deebo Samuels, a better route runner, but just as versatile... a space eater that can move all over the formation and play special teams

I don't think he makes it to 13 to your point re Ravens/Jets

I wouldn't wish the Jets on him, though... goodness

I'm sure my thinking will change from early February to mid-April... I am ok with this draft though if the Rams went that way. I would prefer an upper tier FA CB and then using a high pick on a CB in the draft. I feel like that will help the team more than anything but next is a WR... and Boston is who I picture the Rams will draft... But I like them all. Lemon is likely a star wherever he goes. Would love to see the Rams draft him. Boost to ST as well... which I am sure will factor into the decisions more this year than ever.

I would love Trotter. I am not a "we need a ILB" guy but hard to deny the impact of a physical presence.
