I think it's 100% gonna be there.
I readily admit that I have "X Wideout Derangement Syndrome" where I am hell bent on the Rams finding one. This gets in the way of properly appreciating the guys like Lemon at 13, who obviously would be a guy McVay would sprint to the podium for.
But for me there's 4x wideouts worthy of that selection at 13: Tyson, Tate, Lemon, and Boston. They're all a bit different in their strengths, but all things being equal I prefer the outside the hash threat addition for Stafford to juice his potency in 4 minute ball and redzone.
I think Boston's the perfect fit at 13.
Now if they opt for one of the defenders instead, which is very possible given that there are two ILBs and a Safety who might not go as early as some are projecting, due to relative value of those positions vs the others... Then I think there are still plenty of nice WR options of course. Problem is we'll have teams like SF and Green Bay cherry picking in front of us, which is going to be annoying. But there's a lot of choices and my favorite is Lane because his hands are ridiculous, he's rangy, and he just needs to build in a pro program and put on some muscle for the jam. He would have the same effect down the road on our 4 minute and redzone, it will just take longer to get him there. Whereas Boston I think helps us year one.
Finally Lemon could juice this offense the same way but it would require him to eat the slot snaps and then we use Adams as that go-to down the sideline. Which works too. But I really want size outside that hash. This is the draft to do that.
Ted Hurst (6`3 207lbs) Georgia State - Another X Wideout you might like. I don`t know where the heck he goes (somewhere day 2), but I definitely like him better coming out than WR Brian Quick who Snead/Fisher drafted at #33 in 2012. Dude is a freak!

Yes he would be a nice addition. Also he'd free up the 13th pick. And he had a strong senior bowl week which is a requirement just about with Snead.

It may not only free up pick #13, but could also free up pick #29 or trade down with it.
Snead is not afraid to go after small school guys. It will make him look like a genius if it strikes gold!
