WR and RB are a crap shoot.
Tutu was drafted much higher than both Kupp and Puka.
If there would of been a redraft both would probably be 1st round picks.
That's what worries me about drafting corners in the 1st round. They have the highest failure rate on any position.
Much more difficult for a DB to transition to the NFL than a WR, especially since the Rams seem to have an issue developing top tier DB's
