I'm with 68 on this one. I voted "others."
And, the other is injuries. Just like 68 mentioned above having key players out when you are playing good teams leads to losses. Did a decision here or there affect the outcome? Of course. Did an execution issue here or there affect the outcome? Of course. But I think the number one factor is injuries. Like 68 mentioned above, every lost game had key players out. And, we usually forget the other guys are trying to win too!
