"In the NFL, injuries (to key players) trump everything else."
Before criticizing coaching, etc., (in this thread -"blaming"

look at:
1. Injuries to key players
2. Talent of players on a given Sunday (usually, but not always a function of #1 above)
3. "Talent of players" includes the other team's players being more talented/executing better than the Rams
For instance, AJ Brown / DT Davis (Philly); CMC / Warner; Hubbard / Coker; Walker III / JSN / Lawrence; Bijan / Lindstrom
- just picking good opponent's players from games lost
In many games, one key player being out can be the difference in a win or loss - Vegas knows this and adjusts lines accordingly:
Philly - Dedich in for Avila / Witherspoon out (could have slowed AJ Brown?)
SF - Dedich in for Avila
Caro - Lake out / Poona played just 19 snaps
Sea - Lake out / Davante out / Dotson just 21 snaps
Atl - Dotson out / Lake out / Davante out / AJ out
Assigning "blame" to Ram players/coaches rather than saying "Bijan, AJ Brown, Walker III, CMC, etc made plays (against a backup) . . .
. . . and we need to get better" . . . isn't a good way to look at things - IMO
Health of your most talented/important players is always #1 in the NFL.
