I'll keep up with what's going on right now in Rams Camp, WINNING. The Rams are a first class, top notch organization. As long as McVay is at the helm, the Rams will win regardless of losing coaches to other teams.

Yeah, annually restocking the coaching staff is simply a cost of doing business when one has an exceptional HC like McVay. Rams are used to it.
