.....one could conclude that the Rams have already lost this WC game.
I'm frustrated too. They were in command of their own destiny and it slipped through their fingers.
BUT....
The Rams only lost those 5 games on the last few plays in each game. They weren't dominated by anyone. No other team in this league can say that, except for the Seahawks. They've got the means to beat anyone. They haven't lost any playoff games yet so I'm keeping my hopes intact.
My concern.....the Rams make their mistakes in road games. And unless the Niners and Packers pull upsets this weekend the Rams most likely will be playing all of their games on the road. They need to recognize it and accept it and be FOCUSED on every play, including the coaches. Learning from previous mistakes this year against the very teams they will face in the NFC will be crucial to winning on the road. They know what they need to do to overcome this road funk and it really isn't much. A complete game focus will be needed and is possible.
I'm not going to watch any playoff games wringing my hands. This is a SB caliber team whose few mistakes this year cost them but they have the means within them to take this season to the house at Levi Stadium in February.
