I don't think I've seen anyone really recognize how well the Panthers played. They were disciplined and had an excellent plan. They got some good breaks that went their way. If they played that well all season, they wouldn't have lost any games in that division.
I was impressed that McVay didn't get conservative in the face of adversity. They gambled a lot and guessed right more than normal.
This game didn't shake my confidence in the Rams. It demonstrated the parity that exists in the game save a few teams that just don't have what it takes to compete.
