Yes, I do think you'll see "better" defensive play from our guys against the 49ers. The 49ers will come out with their short passing game, everybody knows it. The defense will have to stop that, much like they did in the 2nd half against the 49ers.

I think what we'll see different though is that our offense will play much better than the first game. With our OL finally healthy and fully intact I think we'll see a much different game than the first one. Our OL in the last game against the Saints was unstoppable, the offense was able to do whatever it wanted. And, keep in mind that the Saints defense is respectable. So, I don't think we are going to fall behind in the beginning like the first game. In fact, I bet we get out to the lead this game around and that'll throw off the 49ers offense even more.

I hate to go out on a limb and maybe I'm wrong, but I bet we handle them fairly easily this time around. Let's see!!
