The teams can't line up over the Center and attack him. They can line up on a shoulder, for sure. But they also have to face a big, burly OL when they do.
Look. Our new Kicker has kicked a lot of balls, and only recently. With good success. He can't worry about whether his protection does their job. He just needs to get it up in the air and straight.
So, honestly, Karty needs some time to regain his composure. If the new guy can just give us consistent PATs, and FGs from 40-43 yards and closer like he did in Canada, we're good.
I don't think he's a 50-55 yard FG guy.
I also suspect we're going to have Evans kicking off every time and driving it through the End Zone. No trying to place it in that "zone" so they have to return the kick.
