Wow..I'm a little surprised. I though they brought this guy in so Karty would get his mind right. Never thought Mevis would be the starting kicker this week against the Whiners! What about his ability to kick off with the new rules?

Wonder what happens if the Rams blow out the 49ers and all Mevis does is kick extra points in the game....does he win the job going forward or will it be Karty starting the game for his turn in the audition?
