I agree. It was at least what...75% red. Crazy.
LA is not a football town.

there 30 million people within an easy drive to Sofi

every game is sold out

it is not that it isn't a "football town" it is that there was a 20 year absence of a local team and many people in the area are Niner fans for multiple reasons and generations

Unfortunately until the Niners go through 2-3 years of losing they will continue to pony up the big money to watch their team at SoFi ...

The Rams only have about 30-40K real Rams fans out of the 77,000 seats they sell.

When big brand teams come to town the other 30K casual fans sell their tix for big bucks....Rams need to start doing better at punishing the people that constantly sell their tickets

You just used excuse #1 again. I see you post that one a lot. I do agree to a point but I think the last part of your post is a better explanation. Too many Rams fans are willing to sell their tickets to make a buck or two. Who doesn't want to make a little money now and then, right? Maybe once in a while is ok but not EVERY whiner game and so many others as well. It happens waaay to often to ignore.

2k, you are a true Rams fan that buys tickets to support his team instead of buying tickets just to make a profit. You are at so many games, I am sure you see some of the people/seats what this always seems to happen to. Might be time for you to straighten them out!

1) The Rams moved to Stl and now have no fan base. (Seems to me they DO have a fan base. They just don't show up to all the games and are very quick to sell their tickets to opposing fans to make a quick buck)

2) It's Corporation's that buy tickets and sell them to out of towners. (Then why are some games filled with Rams fans and some not? Are the Rams buying them from the "Corps" at games they do decide to show up to or can't make money reselling?)

3) The weather is too nice in SoCal so people would rather go to the beach. (Really??? So they are "fair weather" fans???)

4) There are too many things to do in SoCal that keeps fan attendance down. (Then they just might not care enough to support the team!)

5) The Rams need to win and people will come. (Well the Rams have been "winners" for a while now, yet we still see the same crap over and over again.)

6) It happens all over the NFL. (It does to a degree, but not as often or to the degree like Sofi does, imo. Also, when was the last time Rams fans took over another teams stadium???)

7) SoCal is filled with people from other cities so their loyalties are not with the Rams. ( ok, I get that but there are plenty of Rams fans there too. They just don't show up consistently and would rather sell their tickets just to make a buck or two)

like I said, it boils down to money unfortunately ...the true die hards are only about 30K that show up every game, the other 40K season ticket holders are fake fans that only show up when they can't rape people on resale and or are brokers.

It is a great time for MOST games(like the Colts and Texans games) but when the big name brands like the Niners, Steelers, Eagles, etc the casual fans sell out.

Wish the Rams had a better way of rewarding the core group that always show up and or punish the ones that sell more than 3 games a year

That sums it up pretty well. beer cheer smiley

#HelmetHornsMatter

“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.

“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
