I wear an Oura smart ring. It has empirically confirmed that my heart rate increases during most Rams games.
Yesterday, it went up to around 140-150 in the most tense moments. That's comparable to a reasonably strenuous workout on a treadmill or elliptical for me.
So... good cardio workout, or harmful stress.
I'm thinking football should be more relaxing.
I agree, I literally felt my heart beating through my chest on two occasions. That's not good.
