Can Ferguson be that behind on the playbook and/or blocking, etc?

Is it that complicated a position to learn on the Rams?

I suspect these rookie tight ends having some impact this season in the NFL would be sitting on the bench if they were on the Rams.

Not having a real receiving threat at tight end on the field is a big handicap to this Ram offense.
