I guess I missed that but the guys on the radio were talking about that this morning.
I'll have to go back and re-watch it (do I really want to though????), but is it possible that pop to the head rung his bell enough to cause him to fumble?
Like I said, I haven't re-watched it, and in my seething anger at that moment I don't remember much of it in real time lol.
He took his one hand off the ball to brace for contact with ground but the defender punched out right as he went to one hand.
He should ALWAYS use 2 hands at the goal line or anytime running into traffic like that. It was an inexcusable decision by KW.
