From an accountability standpoint, I don't see how McVay can preach "we...not me" to the team if he doesn't take action (i.e. benching) against Williams.
Other RB's (i.e. Corum, Hunter, practice squad player, etc.) must be afforded the opportunity to be a pedestrian RB
while actually catching footballs thrown to them and NOT fumbling!Not calling for Kyren to be cut, but it's pretty clear that the ball security message to him hasn't been received effectively. He's hurt (and continues to hurt) the team.
