Fitz is a good player.
It's not that the Steelers didn't get a good player. But, the high, high cost is questionable. Here's the rub, though: to say the least. Their D hasn't been the issue. It's putting points on the board. So, they spend more big bucks on the D, especially with the TJ Watt thing unresolved and him not participating? And, while Ramsey is an upgrade over who they traded, is it night and day?
To me, if the Steelers were on a Superbowl push, I might be able to see it. But, I don't think anyone believes they are. Maybe we'll all be proved wrong.
