Summer 1993, I think, at Anaheim Stadium. Jack Snow was the MC. Various players and cheerleaders were set up at tables all around the stadium for autographs and pictures.
I remember meeting TE Troy Drayton, LB Henry Rolling, DE Fred Stokes, a few others. Got to walk around the locker room (cool, but not very impressive in hindsight). Back then they taped cards to any seat in the stadium that was still available for season or single game tickets, and you could take it to purchase them, etc. Jim Everett got interviewed by Snow, and I remember him saying that they'd doubled their wins the previous year from 3 to 6 and were planning to do that again in 1993 (to 12...). Didn't work out that way.
Anyway, it was a fun day. Looks like the Rams obviously take it to a greater level now...
