When a player has a history of being constantly injured, such as Noteboom or White, it tends to remain so for the remainder of their career. Of course, that's not 100% so, so it would be one thing to take a guy on for a modest non-guaranteed amount, or a small amount plus an additional amount for each game he is deemed healthy to play.
But, this guy also has a history of being a grumbler and seems to only see things from his side. Might be his agent. Might be him. Might be both. I doubt he would see a "prove it" contract with incentives as anything but "disrepect".
Rams always look at locker room fit. Is he a fit?
