So many apparent upgrades everywhere I look. Where to start?

McVay. Has new toys and an apparent eagerness to use them. (DaVante Adams and 12 personnel, among other things).

Improved RB corps. Frankly, I’m expecting big contributions from Hunter this season. He should augment Kyren very well.

TE Ferguson. We’ll see if he deserves all the hype.

Devante Adams will be playing with the best QB in his illustrious career. That’s gotta be scary for opponents.

Rams front 7 this year will be best yet under McVay, with all due respect to AD. And there should be very little drop off when they rotate those DL and edges.

Massive upgrade at ILB this offseason. Can’t wait to see the ripple effects. This one was huge.

This Britain Covey signing might be one of Snead’s sneaky-good best.

Shula will show growth over an impressive 2024 rookie year. He now has so many more options. I especially am looking to see a turbocharged pass rush with sacks coming from all position groups. Should be a nasty and deep 2025 D this year.

Snead and his crack scouting department have still got ‘IT’ despite all the poaching every year from what I can see. This bodes well for Rams future.

Barring catastrophic injuries, I think Rams are in the thick of an NFC SB hunt.

Thoughts?

I'm not seeing as many apparent upgrades that you're seeing. I agree Devante Adam’s is a big upgrade to our passing game. I also like Poona Ford to strengthen our DL. But where is the massive inside linebacker upgrade? Hopefully Pooh will be a star but no one knows. He's still a rookie. And Ferguson. Also a rookie. Hope he's as good as McVay expects because I'm not that impressed with him. Not sure if we'll see a huge upgrade to our run game. Hunter probably won't play that much. If you're counting on all our rookies as upgrades then you have to expect all teams have upgraded themselves — and they had a round 1 pick unlike us. Also we didn't improve the secondary that made Jauan Jennings, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, and Marvin Harrison Jr look like Jerry Rice. And we didn't improve our offensive line depth. But I agree we have enough talent on this team to challenge for a Super Bowl.
