It all starts at the top. I doubt it's a coincidence that the team went from a joke under skin flint Georgia to one of best after Kroenke took control. While he assumed control in 2010, seems he spent much of his first few years trying to engineer a move back to LA. Once that was complete, he set his mind on making the team a winner. As long as he is the owner, I expect this team will always be a contender.
