There's a lot of work in being an NFL player, it's not easy. But, the Rams make it fun....The culture of "WE NOT ME" has grown each year into a winning environment.
Sure, the players have very high expectations. They also have a chance to have some fun, laugh and enjoy their time in the NFL. It's a very fine balance and I really think that McVay and Snead have really created something special. Kroenke is one heck of an owner!
