Again and again we see similar kinds of players chosen by the Rams.
Underdogs. Guys who really had to work. Workaholics. Gym rats. Maybe don't quite fit the NFL mold. Overlooked. Not the big names. And, MATURITY with a capital M.
How often do teams get uber talented underclassmen who were so good they could just walk onto the field and play. But.... 3 years into their NFL career, the team is still waiting for some maturity and accountability to happen.
Somehow, the guys the Rams get are even superior athletes compared to guys taken ahead of them. So, all in all, pretty amazing. It's much easier to be a Rams fan than it was pre-McVay.
