I watched an interview with Rams Great Safety Eddie Meador from late 50s-1970 who should be in the HOF but that's another discussion for another day but he used to hold for the Rams on Extra Points & FGs it was really interesting how important it was to be very precise of course he said the ball would get snapped placed down & kicked in 2.1 Secs where even the rotation of the ball coming was so precise they prided themselves on excellent execution.
