you can see he is not quite ready for primetime just yet... but he can play as a returner for sure and we don't have to hold our breath when he gets hit like Tutu

he reminds of Brandon Powell for sure... and you need players like that. Between Scott and Smith we look like we have two legitimate returners

This is an exciting development for sure... just remember how poor the Rams special teams were the last two years... now we are on to something with all of this young depth and talent (speed and size), return game, and punter/kicker
