If you wished to steer and influence the outcomes of games in the NFL you would MOST DEFINITELY create extreme objectivity in calling any number of penalties and then when people criticize call it official incompetence. Lastly, allow it to persist year after year with virtually no improvements. In fact, it seems to be getting WORSE, LOL

If you ask me, the credibility of the NFL has been under great scrutiny for multiple decades at this point.

I don't think they wish to "FIX THIS" as it seems to work just fine for some and it has turned the game into a joke. People are still watching and paying good money in droves so the manipulators are not concerned. Just the reality of how this and many other things work.

Bring on the drones. I'd rather have it called right too many times than what we have now. So many ways to fix this, and they lose credibility every year they don't. Full time refs, challenge to the flag, etc. What's taking place now is so subjective and flat out wrong, they're turning the sport into a joke.
