It's not always easy to pick up but in the Fangio scheme
the OLBers have to be able to cover some. Not every down
they usually rush, but it's not uncommon to have them alternate
one rush, the other cover the next time the opposite, then
sometimes both can cover, or very often both rush.

So Hoecht will have to do some of this, like you see Miller here
