He's not just hating. Did you watch the first game against Buffalo? The fully healthy line gave up 7 sacks and got dismantled. They didn't look very good then.
does not seem fair.
Other teams had games that gave up 7 sacks, Minny and Cincy, and they got to playoffs...
Cincy was opening day, just a few days after, but they had some injuries,
but that was a new rebuilt line---and they got to AFCCG
They thought their 2021 line needed an upgrade, they do it, and the first game out of the blocks they give up 7 sacks.
So, the point is one game does not a season make.
Logical thinking says that just because something happened once does not mean it is going to happen again.
All the factors have to be considered.
I happen to think that 2023 is not going to be a good year. But I am not going to hate on the offense line
or hate on McSnead or hate on the process.
I wish these people would calm down a little, take a breath and realize we are not going to get
what we want in 2023 - a winning, playoff season (probably)
But that is no reason to say that a reasonably healthy line from last year would
have done just as badly as one composed of guys off the street, I mean, come on.
Extreme views need to be challenged.
