RamsdudeSigh, why is it just because someone's opinion is different, they are a "hater"?
C'mon BRO. You're better than that! Attack the "opinion" not the "poster". Don't be "that" guy!
If you believe that I attacked the poster, Ramsdude, then please...go ahead and report me to the Admins.
And yes, I believe that there are "haters" out there. If the term causes you to feel discomfort...I don't know what to say.

You say "At least AD was contributing to a defense that played solid all year long" but you left out the part "until he took his football and went home once the season was lost."
So, the whole premise of me engaging the other poster was that, for one reason or another, he singled out Aaron Donald as someone who should take a pay cut in order to support the retention and/or acquisition of defensive talent on the team. I'm just trying to find out his rationale for why Donald should do that for the defense, but Matthew Stafford or Cooper Kupp shouldn't for the offense - especially when it's universally accepted that the offense was the biggest reason for our crummy season.
(LOL!) Speaking of "leaving parts out..." you don't seem to want to address this either. Why not?
As for AD taking his football and going home...
Listen, the organization is operating under the belief that it's working with 4 pillars over the next 1 - 2 season: Stafford, AD, Kupp, and McVay. One of those pillars (McVay) already seems to be shaky as he reportedly withdrew from players and coaches in-season and then contemplated retirement post-season. As for the three players...all suffered non season-ending injuries at points where the season was already lost. Not wishing to tempt potentially more serious injuries that could linger into 2023, I'm sure the organization advised each that they'd be held out the remainder of the season. I don't believe that any of the three busted into McVay's office and demanded otherwise - although there might have been some expectations from the team's highest player.
Regardless, everything after that is purely semantics.
For people who don't like AD, the haterism wouldn't have subsided if he was on the sidelines for the past couple of games. They'd just criticize him for something else.
And they are entitled to do so.But they shouldn't get upset when people point that out.
