I’m talking starter quality and all will be available from this draft. I’m not even sure that the OG is necessary if Boom can start at LOT and Jackson can slide over to LG.
A backup RB and backup QB will be added, too, but they won’t be starters barring injuries. Possibly from later in draft but possibly from inexpensive final cuts around the league.
On D they must draft an Edge and CB in some order determined by who falls.
DL, second CB, and S will come from either the remaining 7 picks and/or FA/final cuts.
If Snead can orchestrate a trade down from 36 to gain a late 3rd or early 4th, so much the better.
We need to resign ourselves to the fact that this is gonna be a feisty competitive roster in ‘23, but probably unlikely to make the playoffs much less win the division.
For those kinds of things we’re gonna have to wait until 2024 and beyond while hoping that both AD and Stafford are still here and producing. Sigh…
