I think this off season is more about the coaching staff, our moves this off season are going to be what /who we have picked as our staff. Unlike the past few years it was about player personnel, this season it's about the teachers. I hope we did well there, the draft can only become a success with a solid well chosen group of teachers, mentors, leaders....the coaching staff from assistants to coordinators.
You summed it up pretty well. It all starts at the top and our "top" has been poached for 5 years now. The staff we have now is made up of coaches that weren't exactly McVay's first choices.
He purged a few this off season and will add some more next year too. I am hoping these new additions can really help Morris and McVay's jobs be a little easier and can provide them some great input too.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
