I wouldn't mind adding another vet and a draft pick, but based on talent alone I think the Rams are far from desperate. Stay healthy and cross our fingers that the new OL coach (Wendell) can move the needle a bit.
And it wouldn't bother me to have Boom, Allen, and Pircher in camp along with them even if they're just camp bodies. If they can't stay healthy or can't make the roster cut bait in September.
Seriously, look at that group from ONE ALL IMPORTANT FACTOR...history of playing this game healthy. Some guys like Pace, Slater, Mack, and Whitworth were just built to last. Admittedly, we can't predict such performance...but we can eliminate players who don't inspire confidence in their ability to stay healthy.
