Pure speculation on my part, but it doesn't sound like AR believes that last season's lack of looks from Stafford can simply be chalked up to a lack of reps in training camp.
Something tells me that he expects more of the same next season.
Unlike Woods the season before, Robinson didn't have the cred to approach McVay/Stafford on the CLEAR targeting issues in-season. So he did the right thing and kept his mouth shut.
But I'm sure he had a post-season exit interview with McVay/Yarbs where he expressed thoughts in private.
I think we're seeing a trend here with Mr. Stafford gaining, perhaps, too much say-so in how this offense is evolving.
And it's not a good thing.
