Again, I wonder if when Demoff mentioned the possibility of the Rams trading JR it made him wonder and walked into the office and said I would like to finish my career on a contender. BW is a smart fella and he knows a bit about the NFL.
But sometimes as we know a Team is a Contender 1 yr and at the bottom the next. Ask the 2021 SB Champs. GO RAMS!
If he had one more year on his contract, why didnt the Rams seek to trade him instead of waiving him outright?!
