What's with the 'pot smoking' thing you keep pointing out?

Does he smoke pot? If so, who cares and what does that have to do with the hilarious story about the DB's? Also when you put it in quotes it makes it seem like he does something else and it's euphamistacally called 'smoking pot'. Like, 'oh there goes chris (air quotes) 'smoking pot'
