Or. he has his sights on some other job that hasn't opened up yet. Maybe a DC gets hired as a HC somewhere or another team hires a new HC and is a better option.

Maybe he has some inside info telling him to wait just a bit longer before committing to one team.

I would make our Assistant HC/DC. Let him help with some of the stuff McVay needs off his plate also run the defense that McVay wants so badly.

That's kinda what I was thinking too 43. Wouldn't the Rams job be the BEST team for him? A promotion to Assistant HC and DC should get him more money and who wouldn't want to work with McVay?

For that to happen, some team will have to want to make Morris their HC. I am not that confident that will happen however. Morris has only had 3 more interviews than you and I 43!
