Yeah. It’s 3rd down and 8 and he’s playing at the down marker ready to tackle anything in front of him.
Our defense/CBs line up 9 yards off on 3rd and 4.
That's what I see too 55. I'll add to that our DB's start back peddling at the snap too. A still pic of presnap formations aren't going to show that. Also, other teams also line up 8 yards off the ball sometimes as the "still pictures" posted have shown. However, what team runs it as much as we do? How many other teams line up 8 yards off on 3rd and 4...every time??? lol
55's point about being 9 yards off on 3rd and 4 is true. We see it ALL the time. Every game.
Still pictures only tell so much of the story and can be used to try and prove any point you want to make.
We had another guy here years ago that thought posting "stills" was the answer to everything. It wasn't true then and it isn't true now. Videos would tell a much better story IMO. The game doesn't stand "still". Schemes are "disguised" pre snap. Sure some things can be pointed out in a still pic. But they don't really tell the whole story IMO.
If all these "pics" are proof that Morris's scheme isn't a "soft" one, how come SO many people, not just here, feel the same way about the Charmin Shell? Hmmm.
Are they ALL wrong? I doubt it.
I could go out of my way to post proof that others (and there are MANY) from other boards, Reddit and the media agree about Morris and his Charmin Shell to counter the "you're just a hater" BS but it isn't as big a deal to me to be able to try and prove someone wrong on an internet message board as it apparently is to some people. lol
I am here to be entertained, express my opinion, read some news and have a good time with my friends and Ramily. If someone doesn't agree with my opinion...fine. If someone doesn't like my sense of humor...fine. They don't have to. We have a "Ignore" buttons here for a reason.
Apparently some people take things very personal even when the posts having nothing to with them personally but act like you insulted their Mother with your opinion. If someone's opinion from an internet Fan message board gets you THAT worked up...you MIGHT be taking things too seriously! lol
I am lucky that I can let things roll off my shoulder. I don't get offended easily so none of this raises my BP in the slightest bit.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
