The game plan is put in during the week. Offensive coaches design plays, team practices those plays, then eliminate the ones that they don't feel good about.
McVay will have Lafleur in the box......They will talk about plays throughout the game and McVay will call them accordingly based on what the OC is seeing with the bids eye view.
This is going to be the way it is when the HC is an offensive coach.
It's a team effort, like it should be.
I don't really think it's that big of a deal.
IMHO.....Game management and clock management is the most important on game day....That's where I hope Lafleur really shines, along with his run game.
