Based on the responses here, on Reddit and a few other boards I go to, there seems to be MANY people who are ok with Morris leaving.
No, it's not just 2 or 3 "haters" here at the Herd who are ok with it as one person here would like you to think. It's many people. They just think we can do better than the Charmin Shell that is Raheem's "go to" scheme.
Glad to see he his getting more interviews this year. If he gets a HC job, he should thank those 3 HOF'ers EVERY DAY who helped him win a ring and get him a promotion!
It's not just a "Morris hater" thing as someone here wants you to believe. It wouldn't matter who ran that "Charmin Shell", they would be getting blasted too!
A ton of people (no, not just 2 or 3 people here) out there are tired of the 8-10 yard cushions. The lack of creativity and game to game and in-game adjustments are also things people do not like.
Add in TWO 3rd round picks if Morris goes makes it "icing on the cake".
Morris = Nice guy but also Morris = horribly soft scheme. It's that "scheme" (I hate to call it a "scheme" when it's really just a prevent defense) that get Morris all that heat!
I still don't see him getting a HC job but if he does, good for him. I do think he is more qualified than some of the others he was passed over for last year.
The next DC, whoever it is, will be over joyed to have 3 HOF'ers on his unit. Just like Morris did. That can make your job a LOT easier!
If he stays, I am ok with that as long as he changes his love for the Charmin Shell and mixes it up a bit more.
