in 2 games, I would think those issues are very fixable, if they were peppered through out the year I would agree with you. He started out his 1st time as a starter with a lot to work on, but he improved immensely year to year, that shows me that he can learn.
He has that innate sense of being able to make plays outside the box, he plays without fear and he loves the game. My concern is with his maturity level, not so sure he's grown into that NFL QB role. I do like him though, and would like to give him a shot, he's got some great leadership over him there to help him with that maturity area.
