I am sure they had discussions before McVay announced his return about some of the key players. And McVay absolutely did not come back in order to ship out Donald and Ramsey and others and cross his fingers for a top-3 draft position in 2024. Just is not part of the equation.
I'm sure there will be some noticeable moves this spring. But I don't see Donald or Ramsey going anywhere. Most likely Donald either retires in 2024 or
maybe then is sent to Pittsburgh for one final year there in his hometown.
