At one time i pitched the idea of moving Kendricks to safety.
We know he isn't fast enough at CB, and probably never will be. However, he seems to have good instincts, plays the ball well, though his tackling could be better.
If he could start the play as a deep safety, perhaps that could mask his lack of speed? At 6'0 he could probably put on another 10 or so pounds without much loss of speed.
