The tackle on Pollard's injury was similar to Cooper Kupp's injury against the Niners.
The tackler graphs the receiver and whips his legs around the front on the receiver putting too much pressure on the lower leg/ankle area.
As soon as I saw it I told my nephew I've seen the Niners hurt others with that tackling technique.
I looked up Kupp's injury and saw whip of the tacklers body and Kupp suffered an injury also.
If this technique keeps injuring receivers they should look and banning it like the horse caller.
They weren't the same player so it may be taught by the forty Niners coaches or other players.
