Some = one. McVay only had one year with Matt LaFleur as his Offensive Coordinator and that was in 2017. After that, LaFleur left to be the OC with the Titans for one season before being hired as the Packers head coach. McVay and LaFleur worked together when they were both with the then Washington Redskins, but McVay was an Offensive Assistant, then Tight Ends Coach while LaFleur was the Quarterbacks coach.
