The game is Sunday, October 17, 2021; gametime is 1:00pm. We expect to get there by 9:00am.

We'll be parking in 'Charter Bus Parking' (purple section at the bottom of Lot L) and we'll try to get as close to the rest of Lot L as we can. If you want to park near us get a gold parking permit and head to Lot L. We can save you a parking spot - just lust me know when you expect to arrive. (See below for a parking map for Metlife Stadium and a photo of our bus.)

Based on feedback we got from our tailgate in 2017 we have added a ‘buy in’ option this year.

If you’re there for breakfast (9:00am to 9:30am) you can get a breakfast sandwich for $5 and/or a Bloody Mary for $5. The sandwiches are egg and cheese with either sausage or bacon, on a hard roll. And some folks at the 2017 tailgate said the Bloody Mary was the best they ever had!

We plan on doing lunch from 11:00am to noon. We’re collecting $15 if you want to buy in, but if you’d rather add something to the menu we can do that, too.

Here’s what we’re doing for lunch:
• smoked cheese
• jalapeno poppers
• sausage, pepper, and onion sandwiches
• marinated chicken thighs
• macaroni salad
• cole slaw

At this point I’m just getting some info out there. As the game gets closer (like mid September) I’ll reach out to see how many parking spots we should snag, who’s buying in for breakfast and/or lunch, and to coordinate food items that are being added to the lunch menu.

We had a blast in 2017: I hope to see everyone back that made it to that one plus as many newcomers as possible!!

I think I've pm'd all of you about hooking up at the game but I thought it made sense to have one conversation, and what better place than on the Herdfest board! My first question is where to meet ... and I'll propose Lot J to the group (since I'm already committed to that spot). The lot is open to anyone with a 'Blue Lot' parking pass - I think that includes everyone who's driving in.

They are outside of the gates so you don't have to worry about going in and not being able to leave.

So that is the game that I am taking sponsorship of amongst my regular tailgate group.
